This JJ is like the others I've been to. They make tasty sandwiches in a freaky fast way. Rarely am I let down. I leave full and that's the goal.

The service is terrible, and the staff is unbelievably rude. I have gone to this Jimmy John's six times just because the location is convenient but it really is not worth it anymore. I always ask for the 'freebies', but they always forget. When I point this out, they make me feel really guilty for reminding them. I recently went with my friend who has a disability and they just kept staring at us. She was so uncomfortable especially after realizing that her sandwich was missing some items she asked for when ordering... It just isn't worth it anymore; I love Jimmy John's, but I will go out of my way to avoid THIS Jimmy John's from now on...

Terrible service: Workers don't speak/understand English and are lazy/rude. Terrible ingredients: Old nasty lettuce and almost rotting tomatoes. There are numerous other jimmy johns locations not too far from this one, which provide fresh sandwiches and excellent service. Avoid this one.

Jimmy John's is a pretty consistent place in terms of its sandwiches, so what I've had here has always been good. Service is also consistent - everyone is friendly, sandwiches are made quickly. My only complaint is with the location and parking. This Jimmy John's is located right next to a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins and shares parking. There are maybe 8 or so parking spaces in front, otherwise you need to park in back or even next door in the McDonald's parking lot. So when I'm just going to pick up a sandwich to bring back to work, it's a little frustrating that I spend more time walking to and from my car than actually ordering, paying, and leaving with my sandwich.

Terrible customer service. Waited to get subs delivered for 2 hours one evening. Employee taking phone orders promised us a free meal next time we ordered which was NOT honored when we asked for it - in fact the person we were speaking with laughed at us over the phone in disbelief that it took two hours for delivery the last time - very unprofessional. Not worthy of my business.

Ordered from here online and sandwich came literally within ten minutes. It was put together great unlike a few others jj's ive been to. Great amount of veggies on my roast beef club"aka", hunters club. Also, bread was very fresh and had a great pull to it. Will be ordering from this jimmy johns again in the near future.

I love jimmy john's. but the delivery service at this place reaches a new low. they delivered our order a full half hour after we placed the call (what happened to super speedy freaky fast delivery?) then the order was incomplete. THEN, instead of apologizing and bringing the rest they said if we wanted it then we'd have to pay the delivery fee again! so sad that they're the only location that is in our area for delivery.
